Arugula

Also known as Rocket, this green has a distinct peppery taste. Use it to spice up salads and pasta dishes.

Collards

From the brassica family, these large leafy greens have a slight cabbage flavor. Great braised, steamed, in soups, and in salads.

Radicchio Chicory Mix

A little spicy and bitter, this green is great roasted, grilled, or julienned raw in salads.

Rainbow Chard

The colors of these stems and leaves are out of this world! Braise or steam both.

Tyee Spinach

A savoy leaf type.
